A full day on the water from Umluj. You are collected from your hotel, taken to the boat and spend the day moving between the offshore islands, stopping to swim in the shallows and going ashore where the sand allows. Lunch is served on board and there is shade on deck between stops.
The islands sit off the Red Sea coast, which runs for more than 1,700 kilometres along the western side of the country. If you are working your way down that coast, Yanbu is another base for days on the water.
Day by day
Morning
Pick-up from your hotel and a short drive to the boat. You head out to the first island, with a swim and snorkel stop once the boat is anchored.
Afternoon
Lunch is served on board, then the boat moves on to further islands and shallow water for more swimming and time ashore on the sand.
Late afternoon
The boat turns back for the harbour and you are driven to your hotel.
