A full day at Al Habala, in the Aseer highlands outside Abha. The cable car is the centre of it: it drops from the rim to the village site on the cliff face below, and once you are down the walking is short, so you can stay as long as you like before riding back up.
Al Habala Park at the top is set up for families and there is no rush built into the timings, which is why this is a full day rather than a squeezed morning. If you would rather split the day, Rijal Almaa Heritage Village, 45 km from Abha, can be added in the afternoon.

Morning
Hotel pick-up in Abha and the drive out to Al Habala. Time at the top of the cliff first, then the cable car down to the village site on the face.
Afternoon
The ride back up and time in Al Habala Park, which is set up for families. The return drive stops at viewpoints in the Aseer highlands if you want them, with drop-off at your hotel in Abha.
